Sweta Neygandhi, LCSW
Licensed Clinician and Clinical Director
Sweta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from New York University. After finishing her degree, she went on to complete her clinical training at Metropolitan Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. During this intensive 3 year training, she gained the expertise to work with patients in psychoanalysis which allows us to understand the unconscious process. While this is an important part of the work she has done, she strongly believes in using a variety of therapeutic techniques structured around your needs.
Celina Wigle-Olias-Varga, LSW
Licensed Social Worker
Celina Wigle-Olias-Varga is a Licensed Social Worker who uses a trauma-informed approach grounded in the Gottman Method to support couples navigating relationship and intimacy issues, communication challenges, and perinatal transitions. Her current offerings include: a monthly couples workshop “Closer Together”, Premarital Counseling, and a free Postpartum Depression Support Group through our connection with My Kota Bear. Celina is LGBTQIA+ affirming and strives to provide a safe, inclusive environment for all.
Her professional background includes years of service within the parenting community as a nanny, preschool teacher, postpartum doula, and community perinatal mental health worker. She has also worked as a Sexual Wholeness Mentor and Sex Educator, supporting individuals through trauma and life transitions with a compassionate, educational, and trauma-aware lens.
Nohelia Cajina, LCSW
Licensed Clinician
Nohelia has dedicated her professional life in providing support to individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments. Her clinical background extends in work in early intervention, NICU and postpartum inpatient units, in home child and adolescent services, and therapy in private practice. Nohelia specializes in addressing client’s needs in depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. She practices an eclectic and individualized approach in guiding clients to actively engage in their goals for change with a lens of more self-compassion. As a native Spanish speaker, Nohelia is also available to extend clinical services with a bilingual and bicultural approach.
Nicole Woo, LCSW
Licensed Clinician
Nicole Woo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She completed her post-graduate training at the Bowen Center and specializes in Family Systems Theory. This theoretical orientation provides a framework to help clients to better understand their behavior within the various systems they are in contact with; family, social and occupational. She provides her clients a safe and supportive environment that allows for them develop the necessary tools to navigate through their circumstances and work on positive changes in their lives.
Nicole is experienced working with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of presenting issues. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, grief/unresolved loss, relationship issues, life transitions, workplace challenges, stress management, and postpartum depression.
Lisa Cangialosi, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Licensed Clinician
Lisa Cangialosi is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides in-person and virtual psychotherapy for young adults (20’s-40’s) and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship or workplace stress, women’s health and hormones, LGBTQ+ wellness, identity shifts and the emotional impact of life transitions.
While Lisa does not provide medication management, her training includes 12 years of nursing experience in school and hospice settings, and supports a holistic, thoughtful approach to care. She uses a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to support clients in building insight, clarity, and meaningful change. Her work integrates Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and elements of DBT, existential therapy, and family systems.
Courtney Laurore, MSW
Social Worker and Educator
Courtney is an experienced mental health counselor with over 10 years of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mental health rehabilitation, and crisis intervention. Courtney is passionate about helping clients build resilience, set healthy boundaries, and grow personally.
Courtney will be leading educational workshops at Therapy Story including a Bagels & Balance speaker series at Arch Wellness, covering self-care, building support networks, and navigating identity and emotions with confidence.
Julie Merberg, MFTI, NBCHWC
MFT In Training
After a 30-year career in publishing, Julie found herself focusing full-time on supporting her then-teenage son through his struggle with addiction. She discovered the transformative power of CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) and other evidence-based approaches and began working as a therapeutic parent coach. Gratified to see and experience the ways that shifts in parents’ understanding, communication, and behavior could impact their child’s choices and outcomes, she decided to do a deeper dive into family systems theory and is now pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Iona University.
A best-selling children’s book author, Julie also writes a newsletter for families impacted by mental health struggles and addiction: theoppositeofaddiction.
She hopes to bring her research, solution-focused training, and lived experience to couples work with a focus on couples dealing with substance use, ADHD, and communication issues.
Kaci Mial, M.Ed.

Kaci has worked with families in reproductive and mental health for 14+ years in various positions, including direct patient care and admin support. She has a passion for connecting people with resources, improving client experience, and increasing clinic efficiency. For your admin, scheduling, and billing needs, Kaci is your go-to!
