We are TherapyStory, a team of dedicated & licensed therapists in Bloomfield, New Jersey.

The team at TherapyStory prides themselves on being able to meet their clients where they are to help them navigate their story. Our team of diverse clinicians have an array of specialties based in perinatal mental health, couples work, and hypnotherapy to ensure we can support our clients and shape the clinical process specific to each individual’s needs. We also work within the community to collaborate with local businesses to create a network of support outside of our practice to further sustain our clients’ healing. 

Sweta Kansagra, LCSW

Licensed Clinician and Clinical Director

Sweta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from New York University. After finishing her degree, she went on to complete her clinical training at Metropolitan Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. During this intensive 3 year training, she gained the expertise to work with patients in psychoanalysis which allows us to understand the unconscious process. While this is an important part of the work she has done, she strongly believes in using a variety of therapeutic techniques structured around your needs.

Celina Wigle-Olias-Varga, LSW

Licensed Social Worker

Celina has worked with the parenting community for most of her professional life including serving the community as a nanny, preschool teacher, and most recently a postpartum doula and community perinatal mental health worker. She has also provided support as a Sexual Wholeness Mentor and Sex Educator for the past 6 years supporting persons through trauma, transition, and identity awakening with an educational and trauma-aware lens. At the core of her career journey is supporting times of change by meeting each client where they are in the moment and tailoring support to meet the needs of each unique individual. She is a lifelong learner bringing an array of perspectives and modalities together in her practice. In her spare time Celina reads and writes poetry and enjoys nature as much as possible. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Nohelia Cajina, LCSW

Licensed Clinician

Nohelia has dedicated her professional life in providing support to individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments.  Her clinical background extends in work in early intervention, NICU and post-partum inpatient units, in home child and adolescent services, and therapy in private practice.  Nohelia specializes in addressing client’s needs in depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, and trauma.  She practices an eclectic and individualized approach in guiding clients to actively engage in their goals for change with a lens of more self-compassion.  As a native Spanish speaker, Nohelia is also available to extend clinical services with a bilingual and bicultural approach.

Nicole Woo, LCSW

Licensed Clinician

Nicole Woo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She completed her post-graduate training at the Bowen Center and specializes in Family Systems Theory. This theoretical orientation provides a framework to help clients to better understand their behavior within the various systems they are in contact with; family, social and occupational. She provides her clients a safe and supportive environment that allows for them develop the necessary tools to navigate through their circumstances and work on positive changes in their lives.

Nicole is experienced working with individuals, couples, and families with a variety of presenting issues. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, grief/ unresolved loss, relationship issues, life transitions, workplace challenges, stress management, and post-partum depression.

Meg Barnett

Office Manager/Care Coordinator

Meg has worked in healthcare for 5 years, in various positions including direct patient care and admin support. She has a passion for connecting people with resources, improving client experience, and increasing clinic efficiency. For your admin, scheduling, and billing needs – Meg is your go-to!

When not working, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and watching movies with her husband and two (large!) pups.
