Therapy Services Questions

While our fees are not listed on our website, we understand that connecting to therapy and being able to make it financially manageable are important parts of entering the work.

Part of our intention in keeping fees apart from our site is to support you in your goals, whether within our practice or through an outside referral. There are also many opportunities to learn further on how to utilize your OON benefits that our practice has created information on and are happy to share to ensure services feel accessible to you. We do have multiple practitioners on staff, and their fee structures are not all the same. Additionally, we have workshops and group models that allow for services to be more accessible while working with a practice that has specialties in the areas you are seeking at this time.

We are aware that as most of us are not a one size fits all model and our fee structure and clinician services also allow for space to honor that truth.

TherapyStory is an OON provider however we have an OON guide available here. We provide this document as a tool to call your insurance company to be an informed consumer prior to starting services with us. In this guide you will find the questions to guide your call with your health benefit coverage and the CPT codes connected to the services we offer.

We understand that staying in network has its benefits as it’s a service available to you that your insurance is already covering.  However, through our journey as therapists, professionals, and members of the community as well we have learned that finding clinicians that specialize in your specific need can greatly impact your treatment outcomes. What this means is that most likely you came to our practice due to a speciality we offer. Our clinicians have spent a great deal of time and continued education to ensure they are staying the most current and connected in the treatment model they are providing and ultimately are able to provide you with the most efficacy in treatment. What this means for you is a more direct and tailored approach to you increasing more positive and effective outcomes in treatment.

An additional benefit if you choose not to submit your superbills is that your treatment remains private to you without your insurance company’s involvement. And if you do submit the only information your insurance company will have on hand is a diagnosis code for reimbursement purposes but they do not have access to your treatment notes.
